Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred 1 year of experience in veterinary practice or animal care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients, record weight and vital signs, and enter data into EMR.
• Assist doctors with exams, surgery, dentistry and euthanasia under supervision.
• Prepare patients for procedures and monitor during anesthesia as directed.
• Schedule appointments and educate clients on care and treatments.
