VCA Northwest Veterinary Specialists in Clackamas, OR is hiring a full-time ER/ICU Technician Assistant to support doctors and technicians during emergencies and ICU care. The role emphasizes compassionate client service, patient care, and collaboration with a diverse team.

Location: 16756 SE 82nd Dr, Clackamas, OR 97015
Compensation: $ 21 - $ 29 / hr + $3.33 per hour overnight differential
Schedule: Sunday to Wednesday 8pm to 6am
As an important member of the patient care team at VCA NWVS, a Technician Assistant, gives a first impression and sets the tone for the practice through their interactions with clients and referring veterinarians. Combining customer service with compassion, we develop a relationship with our clients, as well as positively impact our business. The ER/ICU Technician Assistant also plays a critical role in maintaining patient care for hospitalized patients and helping with outpatient treatments for Emergency cases.

The Technician Assistant plays a key role in the hospital's success by helping the Doctors and Technicians in patient care and client communication. While this position does have clinical duties, you will also work hand-in-hand with veterinarians, CVTs, management and all support staff to provide excellent customer services.
