This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting. Weekend/evening availability and a commitment to client service are expected.

Qualificações

• Certificate from a NAVTA approved Veterinary Assistant program.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to perform NAVTA program skills with efficiency.
• One year related experience with customer service preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support veterinarians and technicians to ensure quality pet care.
• Communicate with team to maintain patient flow.
• Assist with procedures and prep work as needed.
• Educate clients about wellness plans, preventive care, and services.
• Maintain clean, sterile, and organized treatment areas and charts.
• Mentor paraprofessionals in the hospital.
• Follow safety protocols and state practice acts.
