Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients, obtain vitals, and document in EMR.
• Assist veterinarians with appointments, surgery, dentistry, euthanasia under supervision.
• Restrain patients, collect samples, handle medications, maintain EMR.
• Schedule appointments, educate clients, relay test results, update records.
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist during anesthesia and recovery.
• Provide in-hospital treatments and monitor patients; assist discharge.
• Assist in training staff and maintain a clean hospital environment.
• Provide backup front desk support as needed.
