Qualifications

• Preferred to have at least 1-year previous experience working in veterinary practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be a team player willing to learn new techniques.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients, obtain weight and vital signs, and record the EMR.
• Assist doctors with appointments, surgery, dentistry, and euthanasia.
• Perform patient restraint and handle medications under supervision.
• Schedule appointments and maintain client/patient records.
• Prepare patients for procedures and monitor anesthesia as directed.
• Maintain a clean hospital environment and support staff training.
• Provide backup front desk support as needed.
