Role: Experienced Veterinary Assistant
Status: Full-time
Salary: $18 – $21 per hour
Schedule: 4-day workweeks. Rotating 4-hour Sunday shifts.

What You’ll Do

Assist veterinarians with patient care and procedures
Help with patient intake — take vitals, gather histories, and prep pets for exams
Safely and compassionately handle and restrain animals of all sizes
Administer medications and vaccines as directed
Prepare and maintain treatment areas, ensuring cleanliness and proper sterilization
Support client education by helping explain treatment plans and follow‑up care
Assist with record keeping and light clerical tasks
You’ll play a key role in keeping appointments running smoothly and ensuring every patient feels safe and cared for.
