Job summary

Bellevue Animal Clinic in Little Rock, AR seeks an experienced veterinary assistant for a 6-month position with potential to go permanent. You will assist with triage, lab work, imaging, anesthesia monitoring, client communication, and nursing care for medical and hospitalized cases.

You must be capable of restraining pets, handling odors and noises, and you will have access to virtual and hands-on training as you grow in your role and contribute to a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• An experienced Veterinary Assistant with a minimum of 1-year experience preferred.
• Compassionate, Calm, Team Player, Multi-Tasker and Strong Communicator.
• Must be able to properly restrain pets.
• Proficient in sample collection, obtaining medical histories, processing laboratory tests and radiographs, and anesthesia monitoring are a bonus!
• Self-starter with the desire to continue to advance your knowledge and skillset.

Responsibilities
