Position Details

Role: Veterinary Assistant

Status: Full-time (approx. 36 per week)

Salary: Negotiable and based on experience

Schedule: Flexible Monday through Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays!

What Our Veterinary Assistants Do
  • Assist veterinarians and technicians with patient care and treatments
  • Safely restrain patients using appropriate handling techniques
  • Obtain patient histories and maintain accurate treatment records
  • Administer and dispense medications as directed
  • Prepare patients and equipment for examinations and procedures
  • Clip and bathe pets as needed
  • Educate clients on basic preventative care and treatment recommendations
  • Assist with cleaning, maintenance, and hospital organization
  • Support the medical team in providing exceptional patient care
What Our Veterinary Assistants Bring
