Position Overview

As a Veterinary Assistant, you will support veterinarians and technicians, ensuring patients receive the best care possible. Your daily duties will directly impact the health and happiness of the pets we treat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Compassionate Care: Assist with the care of hospitalized pets, ensuring their comfort and well‑being.
  • Support Veterinary Procedures: Help restrain pets for exams, assist in taking x‑rays, and collect necessary samples.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Keep exam rooms, treatment areas, and the rest of the hospital spotless, creating a safe space for patients and team members.
  • Monitor Patients: Observe and record physical signs of hospitalized pets and report any changes for timely care.
  • Organize and Stock Supplies: Keep the hospital and reception areas well‑stocked with necessary supplies and materials.
  • Other Tasks as Needed: Support teammates with any additional duties that arise.
