National Veterinary Associates is expanding their All Creatures Veterinary Clinic in Minocqua, Wisconsin, seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented candidate for a combined customer service representative and veterinary assistant position. All Creatures Veterinary Clinic is expanding! We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, compassionate and detailed‑oriented candidate to join our team. This position includes the duties of both a customer service representative and veterinary assistant. Candidate must be able to multi‑task and exhibit excellent customer service in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a veterinary clinic but we are willing to train the right individual.
Our practice is located in the beautiful recreational community of Minocqua, Wisconsin. We see a variety of patients including companion animals as well as exotics, and pocket pets. Our practice is paper‑light and offers the latest in equipment and technology.
Work schedule is M‑F with 1–2 Saturdays per month. This position is available as either full‑time averaging 35‑39 hours per week (season dependent) or part‑time. Rate: $15‑$18 per hour.
