Job summary

Serco Inc. in Missouri is seeking a part-time Facilitator to assist transitioning service members through TAP. You will deliver workshops, guide goal-setting, and connect participants with educational and employment resources.

The role requires 3 years of training experience or an associate degree, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel. An 80-hour initial training program is provided, with the possibility of weekend and holiday hours.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a professional trainer, facilitator, and/or classroom instructor.
• Knowledge of private/public sector employment processes.
• Ability to provide standardized training to groups with up to 50 participants.

Responsibilities

• Teach and instruct transitioning military personnel.
• Guide participants in identifying goals and gaps.
• Explain job search, networking, and credentialing processes.
