Dfuse Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Employment Facilitator to assist transitioning service members through the DOL VETS TAP program. The role involves leading group instruction and providing individual career counseling to Active, Reserve, National Guard, and Veterans.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate’s degree or 3 years of training experience, with strong time management and the ability to engage audiences effectively in a civilian employment context.

Qualifications

• Experience training large groups of up to 50 participants.
• Ability to provide individual career counseling and guidance.
• Proficient in MS Windows and MS Office; clear communication with diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead and facilitate job assistance workshops for transitioning service members.
• Provide one-on-one career counseling and guidance on job search strategies.
• Support participants in identifying goals, gaps, and credentialing opportunities.
