Job summary

Ridgeview Behavioral Health Services in Oak Ridge, TN seeks a Full Time Program Manager to lead the startup and ongoing development of Call Sign HOPE, a veteran suicide prevention initiative. You will recruit and supervise the team and coordinate outreach and services for veterans in our service area.

The role requires a bachelor's degree (master's preferred), strong time management and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work autonomously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred if in social sciences or mental health fields. Relevant training and supervision provided after hire if not in transcript. Lived military experience/veteran status preferred.
• Must maintain a valid Tennessee driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Self-starter with excellent time management and the ability to work independently. Excellent interpersonal skills with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all components of the SSGT Fox SPGP/Call Sign HOPE Grant program and supervise the team.
• Support Ridgeview’s Mission, Vision and Values and ensure grant compliance.
• Coordinate outreach, case management, peer services, documentation, and processes; assist veterans in navigating VA resources and benefits.
• Organize advisory council meetings and facilitate team meetings.
