Job summary

Lakes Regional Community Center is seeking a Program Coordinator to independently manage the Staff Sergeant Parker Gordon Fox Suicide Prevention Grant Program. The role includes supervising the Veteran Navigator, QMHP, and Peer Support Specialist, and coordinating outreach, screenings, referrals, and participant follow-up.

You will monitor documentation and outcomes, develop partnerships with VA providers and community organizations, and collaborate with MVPN on veteran engagement and education.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and supervise staff.
• Coordinate community services and referrals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet reporting deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the grant program.
• Supervise Veteran Navigator and QMHP and Peer Support Specialist.
• Coordinate Veteran outreach, referrals, screenings, and follow-up.
• Monitor service documentation, data collection, and outcomes.
• Develop partnerships with VA providers and community organizations.
• Collaborate with MVPN on veteran engagement and training.
• Coordinate staff training and address barriers to services.
• Travel regionally for outreach and events.
