GetHired, Inc. seeks a Program Coordinator to lead the Hope for Veterans Program, overseeing day-to-day operations, guiding staff, and ensuring high-quality care for veterans.

The role involves supervising counselors and case managers, providing crisis intervention support, coordinating with housing staff, building community partnerships, and maintaining confidential records. It also requires safe transport of veterans when needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Current LAC, LSW, LPC, LCSW, or LCADC license.
• Knowledge of veterans’ issues, mental illness, addiction, and homelessness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Behavioral Health Counselors and Case Managers through training, coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development.
• Provide clinical guidance and on-call support for crisis intervention and emergencies.
• Partner with the Veterans Housing Director to maintain program quality and meet regulatory, stakeholder, and accreditation standards.
• Build relationships with referral sources and community partners, and support program development and outreach.
• Help coordinate program activities, cover shifts or staff duties when needed, and maintain a safe facility.
• Keep service documentation, billing-related records, and veteran information accurate and confidential.
• Transport veterans safely in agency vehicles when needed.
