Qualifications

• English language proficiency required.
• Nursing degree from an approved program and current state license.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse serves as a primary care nurse in support of the physician or advanced practice provider.
• Oversees nursing staff, patient intake, documentation, and point-of-care testing.
• Provides health education, coaching, and health promotion to Veterans.
• Coordinates care within the health continuum and maintains chronic disease management.
• Manages assigned panels and utilizes registries to ensure timely evaluation and access.
