Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Veterans Affairs Housing (VASH) Case Manager to work on-site in Seattle, WA. The role ensures compliance with VA service providers and HUD-VASH, assisting veterans with documentation and rental applications, and coordinating with public housing authorities.

The candidate should be a master's level clinician, licensed to practice independently or actively pursuing licensure, and prepared to travel within King County.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Services, Social Work or related field.
• VA approved degrees and/or licenses listed including MSW, Masters in counseling, Masters in psychology, LICSW, LASW, LMFT, LMHC, or other equivalent independent mental health license.
• Case Manager must be master's level clinician and licensed to practice independently or actively pursuing licensure as verified by WA Dept of Health.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with VA and HUD-VASH to assist veterans with housing applications, documentation, and move-in arrangements.
• Identify landlords with housing eligible for Section 8 and assist veterans with applications.
• Travel within King County and meet VA orientation and training requirements; maintain required background checks.
