Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services in Seattle seeks a Veterans Affairs Housing (VASH) Case Manager to work on-site. You will ensure compliance with VA service providers and HUD-VASH, helping veterans obtain documents and coordinate with housing authorities.

The role requires a master's level clinician and licensure or progress toward licensure, with ability to travel within King County. Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws is valued. ColumbiaCare offers comprehensive benefits and PSLF eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Services, Social Work or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with VA service providers and HUD-VASH program.
• Assist veterans to obtain documentation (birth certificates, driver’s license, income verification).
• Identify landlords with available housing eligible for Section 8 and assist with applications.
• Travel within King County and assist with moving-in arrangements.
• Knowledge of Washington landlord-tenant laws.
