Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in veterans/military services, student services, or customer service.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with VA benefits or Banner is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate veterans’ educational benefits and support services.
• Act as the VA School Certifying Official and manage benefit certification.
• Provide information on benefits, enrollment, financial aid, and college requirements.
• Collaborate with college offices to resolve enrollment, certifications, and benefits issues.
