Rob Levine & Associates is seeking a full-time attorney to join its VA disability compensation practice in the United States. You will represent clients in disability appeals before the Department of Veterans Affairs and help veterans navigate the adjudication process.

Candidates must be admitted to practice in any state; Rhode Island licensure not required. Remote candidates will be considered; compensation includes base salary plus commissions with total annual earnings between $150k and $200k

Rob Levine & Associates is seeking a full-time attorney to work in its growing VA disability compensation practice. Our team is looking for an individual who is passionate about assisting one of the nation's most underserved communities -- our veterans.

As a Veterans Disability Attorney, you will represent clients in their disability appeals before the Department of Veterans Affairs, which will involve:

• Intake evaluation and evidence development
• Management of your own team of trained administrative support staff
• Coaching veterans throughout the VA adjudication process
• Record analysis, legal research, and brief writing

Experience:

• A license to practice law (in good standing) in any state is required. Note: Candidates do not have to be licensed in Rhode Island. Remote candidates will be considered.
• Strong consideration will be given to candidates who are currently accredited by the Department of Veterans’ Affairs.

Rob Levine Law offers a base salary along with a generous commission based on attorney fees earned in cases. Total compensation based on a full caseload yields between $150k-$200k yearly.
