Job summary

Heidi Hrabcak & Associates, LLC is seeking a sharp, results-oriented litigator to help veterans obtain the benefits they’ve earned. The role concentrates on VA disability matters, drafting appeals, and presenting cases before the BVA and VA regional offices.

You will manage multiple files, collaborate with paralegals, and use Prevail to track deadlines, delivering clear guidance to clients with compassion and precision.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 2+ years of client representation is a plus.
• Experience in VA disability law is a plus — but not required.
• Strong legal writing and advocacy skills.

• Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies
• Experience in VA disability law a plus — but not required
• Strong legal writing, advocacy, and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy, team-oriented, and client-focused
• Deep respect for veterans and a commitment to meaningful work
• Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 2 years a plus
• Able to work independently while handling multiple files
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is needed

Compensation

$75,000 – $100,000 yearly + Bonuses
