Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent veterans in disability claims before the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
  • Assist clients in preparing and filing VA disability claims.
  • Review and analyze medical records and service documents.
  • Advocate for clients at VA hearings and appeals.
  • Provide legal advice and support to veterans and their families.
  • Stay current on VA laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals and other experts to support claims.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in veterans disability law or related field.
