Job summary

Rob Levine & Associates is seeking a full-time attorney to join its VA disability compensation practice in the United States. You will represent clients in disability appeals before the Department of Veterans Affairs and help veterans navigate the adjudication process.

Candidates must be admitted to practice in any state; Rhode Island licensure not required. Remote candidates will be considered; compensation includes base salary plus commissions with total annual earnings between $150k and $200k

Qualifications

• A license to practice law in good standing in any state.
• Remote candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Intake evaluation and evidence development
• Management of your own team of trained administrative support staff
• Coaching veterans throughout the VA adjudication process
• Record analysis, legal research, and brief writing
