This role involves representing veterans in disability claims, providing legal advice, and ensuring our clients receive the maximum benefits they are entitled to.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent veterans in disability claims before the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
• Assist clients in preparing and filing VA disability claims.
• Review and analyze medical records and service documents.
• Advocate for clients at VA hearings and appeals.
• Provide legal advice and support to veterans and their families.
• Stay current on VA laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Collaborate with medical professionals and other experts to support claims.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
