Seminole County is seeking a Veterans Court Case Specialist to support the Problem-Solving Courts initiative. The role includes orienting new veterans, conducting intakes, coordinating client placement, and ensuring transportation while maintaining regular communication with service providers.

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, criminal justice, psychology, sociology, or closely related field.
• Three years of professional, administrative, analytical related work experience.
• Three or more years of experience in substance use disorder treatment, behavioral health services, case management, treatment coordination, or treatment courts.
• Experience with justice-involved populations and knowledge of evidence-based practices; ability to maintain confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Orient new veterans signing into the program and perform intakes.
• Assist with client placement and ensure transportation.
• Communicate with service providers and track data in case management system for reporting.
• Educate the public and stakeholders about treatment court philosophy and operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
