18th Judicial Circuit State Court System of Florida is seeking a Senior Court Case Manager to support the Veteran Court program. The role includes orienting veterans, performing intakes, assisting with client placement, and ensuring transportation, while coordinating with multiple partners and maintaining data for reporting.

Candidate must have a public administration or related field degree and several years of experience in substance use treatment, case management, or treatment courts, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, criminal justice, psychology, sociology, or a closely related field

Responsibilities

• Perform drug testing on veteran court clients and manage collection/transport of samples.
• Orient new veterans signing into the program; perform intakes and assist with placement.
• Ensure participant transportation and coordinate with service providers for phase advancement.
• Track data in the internal case management system for reporting and performance measures.
• Communicate with judges, probation, Office of the State Attorney, Public Defender's Office, VA, Seminole County, and treatment providers.
