Easter Seals NH, Inc. in Manchester, NH is seeking a Veterans Clinician to provide direct clinical support for the Veterans Count Program.

The role requires a Master’s degree and LICSW/LCMHC licensure, with outpatient therapy experience and a willingness to maintain documentation and billing targets. Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • Currently licensed as a LICSW or LCMHC.
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience providing therapy services in an outpatient mental health setting preferred.
  • Couples counseling experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver individualized, person-centered treatment, guided by evidence-based practices within a therapeutic environment.
  • Assist each client in the completion of intake assessment and development of individualized treatment plan using measurement based care as applicable.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency policies.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain awareness of ethical and HIPAA–compliant practices and discuss with supervisor if concerns arise.
  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Diagnose and treat mental health disorders using evidence-based practices.
  • Provide crisis interventions and safety planning as needed.
  • Deliver culturally responsive and trauma informed care.
  • Collaborate with team members for case consultation and treatment planning support.
  • Complete monthly reports and any additional reporting needed to meet Agency, Federal or State requirements.
  • Maintain 75% billable hours to meet utilization expectations.
  • Maintain a hybrid schedule to meet the individualized needs of each client.
