Easterseals NH in Manchester, NH is hiring a Veterans Clinician for full-time work in the Veterans Count Program. You will provide direct clinical support, using evidence-based, person-centered care to help clients achieve goals.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field, licensure as LICSW or LCMHC, and outpatient therapy experience; couples counseling is a plus. Hybrid schedule and comprehensive benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, person-centered treatment guided by evidence-based practices.
• Complete intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans with measurement-based care.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation according to agency policies.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant practices and discuss concerns with supervisor.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders using evidence-based practices.
• Provide crisis interventions and safety planning as needed.
• Deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
• Collaborate with team for case consultations and treatment planning.
• Complete monthly reports to meet agency and state requirements.
• Maintain 75% billable hours to meet utilization expectations.
• Maintain a hybrid schedule to meet client needs.
