Job summary

Easterseals NH is seeking a licensed clinical professional to provide direct outpatient therapy in a Veteran Count Program. The role emphasizes evidence-based, person-centered care with integrated intake, assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing progress monitoring.

The position requires LICSW or LCMHC licensure, a Master's degree, and at least two years of outpatient experience, with couples counseling preferred. Hybrid schedule and a competitive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related field.
• Currently licensed as LICSW or LCMHC.
• Minimum two years’ experience providing therapy in outpatient mental health preferred.
• Couples counseling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, person-centered treatment guided by evidence-based practices.
• Assist intake assessment and development of individualized treatment plan using measurement-based care.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation per agency policies.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders using evidence-based practices.
• Provide crisis interventions and safety planning as needed.
• Deliver culturally responsive and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with team for case consultation and treatment planning support.
• Complete monthly reports and other reporting to meet agency/government requirements.
• Maintain 75% billable hours and a hybrid schedule.
