Job summary

Easterseals in New Hampshire is hiring a licensed mental health clinician to provide direct clinical support for the Veteran's Count Program. You will deliver individual treatment, conduct intake assessments, and develop personalized plans while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation.

The role requires LICSW or LCMHC licensure, a Master’s degree in a related field, and at least 2 years of outpatient therapy experience. The position offers a hybrid schedule and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Currently licensed as a LICSW or LCMHC.
• Minimum two (2) years' experience providing therapy services in an outpatient mental health setting preferred.
• Couples counseling experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, person-centered treatment guided by evidence-based practices.
• Assist each client in intake assessment and development of treatment plan using measurement based care where applicable.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant practices and discuss concerns with supervisor.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders using evidence-based practices.
• Provide crisis interventions and safety planning as needed.
• Deliver culturally responsive and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with team members for case consultation and treatment planning support.
• Complete monthly reports and other required reporting.
• Maintain 75% billable hours to meet utilization expectations.
• Maintain a hybrid schedule to meet client needs.

• Assist each client in the completion of intake assessment and development of individualized treatment plan using measurement based care as applicable.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency policies.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain awareness of ethical and HIPAA-compliant practices and discuss with supervisor if concerns arise.
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders using evidence-based practices.
• Provide crisis interventions and safety planning as needed.
• Deliver culturally responsive and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with team members for case consultation and treatment planning support.
• Complete monthly reports and any additional reporting needed to meet Agency, Federal or State requirements.
• Maintain 75% billable hours to meet utilization expectations.
• Maintain a hybrid schedule to meet the individualized needs of each client.

Compensation:

Starting 72,800 annually based on experience.

Hours:

This is a full-time position. Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm.
