Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Services, Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum three years in program management, case management, or homeless/veteran services.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client intakes, screenings and biopsychosocial assessments.
• Identify housing barriers and assist with housing placement readiness.
• Provide direct case management, coordination, and supportive services.
