Job summary

Allpro Staffnet d/b/a Allpro Homecare is seeking a Caregiver to join our team and support veterans with quality non-medical homecare.

We offer a flexible schedule, top pay with weekly direct deposit, health benefits, and online training certificate. Shifts vary Sunday through Saturday with part-time and full-time hours based on client needs. You will provide companionship, perform light housekeeping, and assist with daily activities according to each client’s service plan.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible in CA Guardian Background Check Portal.
• Valid Home Care Aide Registry ID.
• TB Testing (every two years thereafter).
• 1 year caregiver experience.
• Reliable daily transportation with valid driver’s license.
• Adequate physical endurance.

Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Assist clients with transfers and ambulation (cane, walker, wheelchair, or Hoyer Lift).
• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Plan, prepare and serve meals with client assistance.
• Assist with toileting (bedpan or toilet).
• Report any unusual events to the administrator.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Complete all duties within the Client Service Plan.
