Job summary

Allpro Staffnet d/b/a Allpro Homecare is seeking a Caregiver to join our team and support quality non-medical homecare for our veteran population in New Hampshire.

Duties include companionship, light housekeeping, assistance with transfers, bathing, meals, and personal care; caring for clients per their Service Plan; and reporting incidents to the administrator. Part-time and full-time roles are available, with varied shifts Sunday through Saturday.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass a New Hampshire background check.
• Must complete state-required TB Testing.
• Must complete state-required Physical.
• 1 year caregiver experience.
• Valid driver’s license/state ID and reliable daily transportation.
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.
• Adequate physical endurance.

Responsibilities

• Offering companionship and emotional support.
• Housekeeping.
• Assists clients with transfers and ambulation including use of cane, walker, and wheelchair or Hoyer Lift.
• Assists clients with bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Plan, prepare and serve meals, with assistance from the clients.
• Assists clients with toileting, including use of bedpan, or toilet.
• Report on any unusual events or occurrences to the administrator.
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
• Completes all other duties within the Client Service Plan.
