Allpro Staffnet d/b/a Allpro Homecare is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team, providing quality non-medical homecare to veterans. Flexible scheduling and top pay with weekly direct deposit make this a strong fit for dependable caregivers.

Duties include companionship, light housekeeping, assistance with transfers, bathing, meals, toileting, and reporting any concerns to the administrator. We offer health benefits, online training, and a fast onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check (then every 2 years).
• State SOR and Abuse Registry check as required.
• State Personal Reference Check.
• State 5-year employment history checks.
• 1 year caregiver experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license/state ID and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.
• Adequate physical endurance.

Responsibilities

• Offering companionship and emotional support.
• Housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Assists clients with transfers and ambulation (cane, walker, wheelchair, or Hoyer lift).
• Assists with bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Plan, prepare and serve meals with client input.
• Assists with toileting, including bedpan or toilet use.
• Report unusual events to the administrator.
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Complete other duties per the Client Service Plan.
