Job summary

Allpro Homecare is seeking caring individuals to join our team as Caregivers providing quality non-medical homecare to veterans. We offer flexible scheduling, top pay with weekly direct deposit, health benefits, online training, fast onboarding, and supportive staff.

Shifts vary Sun–Sat and both part-time and full-time hours are available depending on client needs. The role emphasizes companionship, light housekeeping, mobility assistance, meal prep, personal care, and reporting to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pass a background check and state-required checks.
• 1 year caregiver experience.
• Valid driver’s license/state ID and reliable transportation.
• Able to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.
• Adequate physical endurance.

Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Perform housekeeping tasks.
• Assist with transfers and ambulation (cane, walker, wheelchair, or Hoyer Lift).
• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Plan, prepare and serve meals with client help.
• Assist with toileting.
• Report any incidents to the administrator.
• Act quickly in emergencies.
• Complete other duties per the Client Service Plan.
