Allpro Staffnet, doing business as Allpro Homecare, is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team in California. You will provide non-medical homecare to veterans, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with transfers.

Flexible schedules, weekly direct deposit, and health benefits are available. Training certificates issued online and fast onboarding help you adapt quickly. This role includes both part-time and full-time shifts based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible status in the CA Guardian Background Check Portal.
• Valid Home Care Aide Registry ID.
• TB testing (and every two years thereafter).
• 1 year caregiver experience.
• Valid driver’s license/state ID and reliable transportation.
• Adequate physical endurance.

Responsabilités

• Offering companionship and emotional support.
• Housekeeping.
• Assists clients with transfers and ambulation ( cane, walker, wheelchair or Hoyer Lift ).
• Assists clients with bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Plan, prepare and serve meals with client assistance when able.
• Assists with toileting, including bedpan or toilet.
• Report unusual events to the administrator and respond quickly in emergencies.
• Completes other duties within the Client Service Plan.
