Serco Inc. (Serco) is seeking a part-time TAP Facilitator to support transitioning Servicemembers through the DOL TAP program, delivering workshops and counseling both in-person and virtually.

You will guide individuals and families, identify employment gaps, and connect them with credentialing and training opportunities across a network of government and non-government partners. You will work at assigned hubs with satellite locations, travel up to 10% as needed, and complete administrative

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 3 years of experience as a professional trainer, facilitator, and/or classroom instructor.
• An Associate’s degree is acceptable as an alternative.
• Experience as a classroom instructor and understanding of employment processes.

Responsabilités

• Teach and instruct military personnel transitioning to civilian occupations.
• Guide transitioning service members in identifying goals along with recognizing any employment or education gaps.
• Provide transitioning service members, family members, and veterans a comprehensive understanding of preparing for civilian employment, job searching, and credentialing.
• Assist in preparing for civilian employment and participation in technical programs and schools.
• Conduct small and large group instruction on the job search process.
• Deliver standardized curriculum via in-person or virtual classrooms.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner including travel expense and classroom reports.
