Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management and build rapport with clients.
• Actively listen to client needs and concerns.
• Proactively follow up to address concerns and ensure quality in-home services.
• Manage incoming and outbound calls.
• Documentation and process management with accurate records.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations.
• Maintain KPIs and performance metrics.
