Job summary

ExamWorks is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to perform Compensation & Pension examinations, Physical Health Assessments, and related claimant evaluations within a clinic setting. The NP will review medical records, conduct focused histories, and produce compliant evaluative reports in line with VHA/VBA and client guidelines.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, timely submissions, and collaboration with Medical Assistants and staff.

Qualifications

• RN license and NP license required.
• Master’s degree in nursing.
• Strong documentation and HIPAA knowledge.
• Experience with clinical exam reports and medical records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct C&P examinations and PHAs per guidelines.
• Review medical/service records and perform focused histories.
• Complete evaluative reports timely and accurately.
• Assist with diagnostic testing and clinical tasks as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
