Job summary

Tameron Kia in D'Iberville, MS, seeks Military Veterans with mechanical experience for the Kia Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program (VTAP). This full-time role allows Veterans to gain hands-on dealership experience while completing a one-year apprenticeship leading to Kia Service Technician certification.

Participants will gain technical knowledge and skills necessary to diagnose, service, and repair Kia vehicles, all while receiving tools and support. The program is GI Bill® approved, offering eligible Veterans a Monthly Housing Allowance during their apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Honorable Discharge from U.S. Military Service.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to complete background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles.
• Perform vehicle inspections and diagnostics.
• Complete repair orders and warranty documentation.

Skills
