Kia Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program (VTAP) is seeking Military Veterans with mechanical experience for the role of Automotive Service Technician. The program offers full-time employment at a Kia dealership while providing the necessary training to develop into a skilled technician.

The position includes diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Kia vehicles, alongside experienced technicians, and is supported by the GI Bill, allowing eligible veterans to receive a Monthly Housing Allowance during the apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Honorable Discharge from U.S. Military Service.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience in a mechanical or technical field.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles.
• Perform vehicle inspections and diagnostics.
• Complete repair orders and warranty documentation.
