Job summary

Kiavets in White Bear Lake, MN, is looking for Military Veterans with mechanical experience to join as Automotive Service Technicians through the Kia Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program. Participants gain hands-on experience while completing a one-year apprenticeship that leads to Kia Service Technician certification. This program is GI Bill® approved, allowing eligible Veterans to receive a Monthly Housing Allowance during their training. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing Kia vehicles, performing inspections, and collaborating with service professionals.

Qualifications

• Must have an honorable discharge from U.S. Military Service.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Prior experience in a mechanical or technical field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections and diagnostics.
