Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, HR leaders, hiring managers, and military talent program representatives.
• Develop a pipeline of employment opportunities through employer outreach, networking, research, and partnerships.
• Identify military-friendly employers and create warm referral networks across markets.
• Coordinate employer networking events, recruiting events, workshops, and job fairs.
• Meet regularly with veterans to understand career goals and employment needs.
• Provide guidance on resumes, LinkedIn, and interview preparation; coach for job search strategies.
• Track employment outcomes and manage records in CRM/tracking systems; meet program metrics.
