Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a Veteran Service Assistant to support daily residential services for veterans. You will aid in shelter operations, meals, and hygiene, and help maintain a therapeutic environment through coordination with clinical staff.

Responsibilities include assisting with move-ins/outs, client mail, and incident reporting. You will help conduct safety rounds and support bed checks and daily living activities, promoting a sober, client-centered setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience with programs and homeless populations preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to collaborate with residential staff and maintain a sober environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to client-centered service and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering basic services (shelter, food, hygiene) to veterans.
• Maintain harmonious, therapeutic environment through communication with clinical staff.
• Support in processing client mail and move-in/move-out tasks.
• Address client issues promptly to prevent service interruptions.
• Conduct safety rounds at internal and external locations of facilities.
