Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years working with older adults or individuals with disabilities in human services; supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations ensuring regulatory compliance and service quality.
• Supervise and mentor staff including assistant program managers and case managers.
• Develop individualized care plans with participants, families, and providers.
• Manage program budget, records, and documentation for compliance.
• Engage community partners and represent the program at events and meetings.
