Job summary

Easterseals Maine, affiliated with The Fedcap Group, is seeking a Program Director (Veteran Outreach) in Augusta, ME, to lead Veterans Forward - Maine IVTP and its statewide re-entry operations. The role supervises two specialists and a data analyst, with a caseload as needed, ensuring adherence to SOW, reporting, and facility access policies.

You will supervise staff, manage program quality, coordinate with partners, and ensure high-quality services across pre-release and post-release settings

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in workforce development, veteran services, or related fields.
• Strong ability to engage participants with multiple barriers while maintaining boundaries and confidentiality.
• Driver's license and ability to travel statewide, including correctional facilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise two Veteran Outreach & Employment Specialists; oversee operations across Maine.
• Ensure services align with US DOL-VETS SOW and reporting requirements.
• Manage grant compliance, data quality, and partnerships across pre-release to post-release services.
• Assign Employment Specialists to facilities and communities statewide.
