Job summary

Hospice of Dayton, Inc. is seeking an American Pride Liaison to connect veterans and families with compassionate hospice care. You will build partnerships with VSOs, VFW, American Legion, DAV, VA facilities, and veteran-focused groups, while coordinating veteran programming and recognition initiatives.

You will collaborate with clinical, volunteer, foundation, and business development teams to ensure veteran needs and benefits are addressed, including Honor Flight participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in healthcare, marketing, business, social work, or related field.
• Experience in hospice, healthcare sales, community outreach, or business development is preferred.
• Experience working with veterans or military background is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with veterans groups and VSOs, hospitals, clinics, and veteran organizations.
• Serve as hospice representative within the veteran community and promote partnerships.
• Coordinate veteran-focused programs, recognition events, and outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical, volunteer, foundation, and business development teams.
• Support veteran benefits outreach and participation in Honor Flight activities.
