Qualifications

• Strong budgeting, cost control, and P&L ownership capabilities.
• Ability to monitor KPIs, schedules, and operational performance.
• Experience in safety programs and OSHA standards compliance.
• Proven ability to train technicians and develop technical skills.
• Customer-focused with strong service delivery orientation.
• Solid IT skills for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the workshop team to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance operations.
• Oversee daily workflow, including vehicle turnaround times, productivity, repairs, breakdowns, and new work requirements.
• Manage the workshop floor and yard to ensure organization, cleanliness, and compliance with standards.
• Review completed work daily to ensure accurate parts, labor, and descriptions.
• Own the site P&L, control costs, and align with budget targets.
• Provide regular performance and operational updates to the Operations Director.
• Coordinate with vendors, landlords, and internal teams on local projects.
• Ensure safety, OSHA compliance, and proper use of PPE and tools.
