Job summary

The Heart of Texas Behavioral Health Network is looking for a dedicated individual for the Veterans One Stop department to provide oversight for peer-related services in the veteran’s services program. You will ensure compliance with contract requirements and foster collaboration among staff and volunteers.

This full-time role requires a High School Diploma or higher and verifiable lived military cultural experience.

Qualifications

• Verifiable lived military cultural experience and/or veteran status required.
• Degree from an accredited college or university in a human service field preferred.
• Two years of work experience or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with contract elements and agency requirements.
• Provide oversight of peer services in the veteran’s program.
• Recruit new volunteers and establish veteran resources.
• Supervise Part-Time Peer Service Coordinator(s) and manage schedules.
• Submit required documentation regarding program performance.
• Provide services to individuals, families, and groups.
