Job summary

Heart of Texas Behavioral Health Network—Veterans One Stop is seeking a leader to supervise clinical staff and oversee services for veterans. You will provide individual, family and group psychotherapy and ensure documentation and reporting meet contract requirements.

The role requires a Master’s in Social Work or related field with licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/PSYD or Psychologist) and a minimum of five years in the field, including two in supervisory duties. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field and active licensure as LCSW/LPC/LMFT/PSYD or Psychologist.
• Minimum five years of work experience with at least two years in administrative or supervisory roles.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Veterans One Stop staff and provide clinical oversight.
• Provide psychotherapy services and assessments to clients.
• Ensure timely documentation and reporting per contract.
• Collaborate on grant submissions and administration.
• Liaise with agencies, physicians, and community resources.
• Monitor budgets and support program development.
